CNC Machining Capabilities
Our shop is equipped for multi-axis milling and turning with tolerances down to ±0.0005". Whether you need a single prototype or a production run of thousands, we run the same process — no shortcuts.
3-Axis CNC Milling
High-speed 3-axis milling for prismatic parts, pockets, slots, and complex contours. Ideal for brackets, housings, plates, and structural components.
4-Axis CNC Milling
Continuous 4th-axis capability for parts requiring indexing or helical features — camshafts, splined shafts, and multi-face components in a single setup.
CNC Turning / Lathe
Precision turning for shafts, bushings, fittings, and rotational components. Live tooling capability for milled features in a single operation.
Prototype Machining
Fast-turn prototype runs with the same quality standards as production. No minimum quantities — one-off parts machined to print.
Production Runs
Scalable production machining with consistent quality across every part. Fixtures and programs retained for repeat orders.
Materials
We machine what others won't. Our Master Machinist has 25 years of hands-on experience with every alloy below — and the tooling to back it up.
The workhorse of precision machining. Excellent machinability, high strength-to-weight ratio, and superior surface finish. Ideal for aerospace, automotive, and structural applications.

Finishes: Anodize-ready, bead blast, chemical film (Alodine)
From mild carbon to hardened tool steels and precipitation-hardened stainless — we machine the full spectrum. High-pressure coolant and rigid setups keep tolerances tight in tough materials.

Finishes: Black oxide, passivation, electropolish
Precision-machined plastics for medical, semiconductor, and chemical applications. Tight tolerances maintained with proper fixturing and tooling for each material.

Tolerances & Standards
All parts inspected before shipment. CMM and manual inspection available. First article inspection (FAI) available on request.
